I watched only half an episode of Ric Stein’s Far Eastern Odyssey but it was during that episode that I discovered Pho. Pho is Vietnamese beef noodle soup and the dish is one of that country’s best loved dishes. So it was off to Victoria St to find some. Not bad, but one day I would have to make my own.
