1/100 Top 100 Pasta Sauces

I’ve had this book by Diane Seed since I don’t know when. Tried something a bit different tonight – a cauliflower based pasta sauce I liked it but it is fair to say it wasn’t very photogenic and I heard the comment ‘I don’t think we’ll cook this again’.

The receipe was Pasta ‘chi Vrocculi Arriminati’ or Rigatoni with Sicilian Cauliflower sauce from The Top One Hundred Pasta Sauces by Diane Seed.
