Australia Day

As advertised, we did lamb for Australia Day. Normally we do cutlets with a piece of parmesan and sage wrapped in prosciutto on the barby. Today we did a lamb cutlet recipe from ‘Where The Heart Is’ by Karen Martini. This is a pretty good book and we have cooked a fair bit from it, particularly the chicken and broken pasta soup which is seriously good comfort food.

This turned out good and we will cook it again.
